EVENT On August 3 1492 Columbus set sail from Palos, Spain, with three small ships, the Santa Maria, the Pinta, and the Nina. On October 12 they finally reached land.

EVENT: Northup went to Washington D.C. to meet two entertainers who had promised him a job, but he was tricked and ended up in chains and became a slave.
FACT CHECK: Solo,on northup was a slave for 12 years and wrote a book about it.
CONNECTION: There are still people out here today fighting for equality.
RATING: ⭐⭐⭐3/5 some parts sounded to bad to watch or even read. -

EVENT: The 13th amendment was ratified January 31st 1865 . It was passed by the senate April 8th 1864 and the House January 31st 1865.
FACT CHECK: Abraham Lincoln won the party's presidential nomination in the November 1860 election.
CONNECTION: The 13th amendment is still being enforced in today's world.

FACT CHECK:it tells the true about a battle that resulted in the awarding of 3 Medals of Honor.

RATING ⭐️ ⭐️ I thought the movie was really interesting expect I only seen the ending. -

CONNECTION: Forrest Gump was injured in Vietnam War and shortly after got to go home.

EVENT: Dieter Dengler a Navy pilot was shot down and held in captivity.
FACT CHECK: Viet Cong would capture anyone who came from the other side they'd offer once to sign a paper if not they'd hold them hostage.
CONNECTION: Jets are still used in today's world just more updated.
RATING: ⭐⭐⭐ A Lot of action it was really interesting and held my attention. -

Bill and Teds excellent adventure was released February 17, 1989.
Bill and Ted travel to various points in history, returning with important figures to help them complete their final history presentation. Fact check there was a third character, Bob. But “Bob” wasn’t as into it as Solomon and Matheson, so the trio became a duo. i rate this 3/5 stars. -
