Born Jean William Fritz Piaget. Originally from Neuchâtel, Switzerland. -

Piaget was trained in natural history and philosophy. He received his doctorate degree from the University of Neuchatel. He published two philosophical papers -
Psychologist
After graduating the University of Neuchatel, Piaget relocated from Switzerland to Paris, France. There he taught at the Grange-Aux-Belle Street School for Boys which was ran by Alfred Binet, (a psychologist who invented the first IQ test). Piaget assisted the markings of Binets IQ test. Piaget discovered something odd with the younger children making mistakes from those children that were older and the adults. Piaget then decided to study the minds of children. -

Piaget was awarded the Balzan Prize for Social and Political Sciences -
The Death of Piaget
Piaget died at the age of 84 in Geneva, Switzerland.
