Japenese warplanes attacked the U.S. base grounds of Pearl Harbor in Hawaii,more than 2,300 Americans were killed.
As a nurse i understood what was happening millions of bodies were coming in burned and dead it all felt like a dream . -

Enable the U.s Government to be able to relocate anyone chosen from all areas believed on having some sort of military value. Being 17 and on the run for not wanting to be in the military i feel more reliefed on knowing that the prcclamation NO. 2525 to be signed -
President Roosevelt signed order NO. 9066
President Roosevelt signed executive order 9066 during world war 2 authorizing the Secretary of War to prescribe certain areas as military zones. -
D-Day invasion
An invasion involved 5,000 ships carrying men and vehicles . Over 100,000 Allied troops made it to shore that day. The invasion on Normandy was successful. As a kid i didnt know what was happeni ng all i heard and saw was boats and cars , Mom said everything would be fine. -
V-J Day (liberty day )
Japan surrenders to the allies, which eventually ends world war ii . My kids were happy and so was i because now we can have peace among us all.
