U.S. general Douglas MacArthur made Japan a constitutional monachry. He made the Diet, a two house parliment he also made it so Japan could not wage war or have a large military. -

2011 Japan Earthuake and Tsunami
Japan is devestated by the worst earthquake in recorded history, a terrible 9.0 magnitude, This quake was followed by many after shocks and a tsunami which did as much damge as the earthquake itself.
