    The morning after the wedding, Jane wanted to travel as far away from Thornfield as she could, so she took a journey and she arrived at a place where there were no towns or villages, but she found a house where she was welcome by two girls and a boy.

    After so much suffering, Jane took a choice and wanted to return at Thornfield but her beautiful home was in ruins. She asked a man to tell her what had happened and he told her that in the last autumn, the house burnt down in the middle of the night, but luckily Mr Rochester was alive! She found him, and, in tears, he proposed to her a second time.
