Jack attended his first college, Missouri S&T to pursue a career in technology. -

Jack later dropped out of colege to see what he could do outside of education. -
First attemept at a real useable software
Jack created some technology that could help taxis and ambulance work more efficiently, it took him several years to finish. The bad thing was his idea was turned down and he was later laid off and had no job. -
Starting Twitter
Jack and the company Obeo started the creation of Twitter. This project lasted for 4 years. -
Creation of Twitter
On this date Jack sent out the worlds first tweet, "just setting up my twttr." -
Stepping Down
Jack was taken down from his CEO position at the company. The board of Twitter was persuaded by another memeber of the company to change Dorsey's position. -
Interim CEO
Jack had to step in for Dick Costolo due to his reignation. -
CEO Again!
After being named interim CEO early in the year, he was later named CEO of Twitter and got his job back.
