Thai people spoke *Thai-Kadal .Thailand’s people were known as *Thai, and their religious practices are *Shamanism (a religion believed to achieve various powers through trance religious experience) and *Ancestor Worship (The veneration and respect shown to the dead).

Thailand was exposed to *DIVERSE religions such as *BUDDHISM, *ISLAM, *CHRISTIANITY, *HINDUISM and traditional belief systems like*ANIMISM (belief in innumerable spiritual beings concerned with human affairs).
