    God's Promise to Abraham

    God made a Convent with Abraham to make his descendants as many as the stars in the sky. His family would become a one nation.

    Joseph was sold into slavery

    Joseph was favorites by his father. His brothers hated it so they sold him into slavery. He later became the second in command.
  • 1446 BCE

    The Ten Plagues and Exodus

    Israel was in slavery under Egypt and because Israel was Gods people God sent Moses to save them. Cause the ten plagues because the Pharaoh didn't want to let them free. After the killing of his first born son the pharaoh let them free

    God Part the Red Sea

    After being sent free from Egypt the Israelites had walked to the Red Sea the Egyptians were chasing them. God saw this and parted the Red sea and the Israelites across the Red sea. The Egyptians started chasing after them the water of the Red sea came down and drowned.

    The Passover

    The Passover was when God had sent the last plagues which was the killing of the firstborn son in every family. The night of the Passover God sent the angel death to kill every firstborn. But to skip those who had sheep blood on there.

    God made The Ten Commandments to share with the Israelites as laws to live by as followers of their Holy God.

    The Isarelites were sinning against God so God made them wander in the Wilderness for 40 years from 1445 to1406

    1-12 maintains that the settlement of Canaan by Israel was accomplished as a sudden and complete conquest by an Israel united under the leadership of Joshua
  • 1100 BCE

    Gidoen

    Gideon served as the fifth major judge over Israel. He destroyed an altar to the pagan god Baal, earning him the name Jerub-Baal, meaning contender with Baal. Gideon united the Israelites against their common enemies and through God's power, defeated them. Gideon is listed in the Faith Hall of Fame in Hebrews 11.

    Samson

    Samson never cut his hair. The philistine didn't like how strong he was so they bribed the girl that he loved named Delilah. Delilah asked how he got his strength three times. The third time she had tricked him into telling her. After his hair was cut he was captured, blinded and enslaved he was put between two pillars as the Philistines party he prayed to God to let him have his revenge and Gave him strength to bring down the pillars killing every one inside including himself
