A Currency Problem
Seeing that many economic sanctions such as trade barriers or the like have been placed on Iran, the value of their currency (the Iranian Rial) has decreased over 80%. This lead the economy to suffer, and riots to rise. -
Uranium Stockpiles Cut
In order to enforce the fact that Iran did not have any intention to start a war (as repeatedly stated by President Hassan Rouhani), the country cut down its stockpiles of uranium. -

Russia, America, France, China, the United Kingdom, and Germany all made a deal with Iran to monitor the area's nuclear activity and limit it. -
Missile Launch
Iran alarms the U.S. by test-launching another ballistic missile that promptly exploded after travelling for 630 miles. -
Terrorist Attack
The parliament of Iran and the shrine of Ayatollah Khomeini were both attacked by ISIL terrorist teams, injuring more than 40 people and killing around 12.
