It relieved stresses of the day. Its impact was it has become firmly ingrained in our culture. It has become an icon of society. Listening to the iPod takes us to another place. -

It has a touch sensitive wheel that has no moving parts. It has a protective door over the charging port. It changed the lives because people drift into a medieval state when listening to music. It has the same impact on society as the other iPod Classics have. -

This iPod is slimmer than the others before it. It has a navigation wheel with 4 clickable buttons above it. It comes in 10, 15, and 30 GB. The prices range from $299, $399, & $499. It didn't have much of a different impact on people's lives and society than the iPod's made before it. -

This iPod comes in different colors. It is about the size of a business card. The buttons were placed on the wheel. It was the first iPod introduced to the Click Wheel. It came with 4 GB and was $249. It had pretty much the same impact on society and people's lives except it being smaller and came in different colors. -

The iPod Classic 4th Generation was introduced to the same click wheel controls as the iPod Mini. The price was lower on this iPod than the older ones. This iPod came in 20 and 40 GB. It was $229 & $399. The impact it had was it was cheaper than the other iPods. -

This iPod had color to its screen. It had a 2 inch display. It came in 40 & 60 GB. It was $499 and $599. The impact it had on society and people's lives is it was the first iPod to take photos. It was also the first iPod to have color to it's display. It had colored pictures also. -
iPod Shuffle
This iPod features circular, clickable controls, but no screen. A switch on it allows users to choose between shuffle and play in order mode. The impact wasn't much different besides being even smaller than others to where you can fit it anywhere. -
iPod Mini 2nd Generation
This featured the most significant change in the iPod Mini line. It's Click Wheel's buttons matched the Mini's color. It came in 4 & 6 GB. It was $199 and $249. The iPod Mini's impact didn't really change from the first one. -

This iPod Nano replaced the iPod Mini. This iPod features a colored screen and the device comes in black and white. It also features the familiar Click Wheel. It come in 2 and 4 GB. The prices are $199 and $249. The impact didn't really change on society and other's lives. -

The 5th generation iPod Classic is available in black and white. It comes in 30 & 60 GB. The prices are $299 and $399. The difference and impact it had on others is it was slimmer and offers more storage than the 4th generation.
