He was born on the island of Corfu on the 10nth February 1776 -
Foreign diplomat
From 1815 until 1827 he is appointed Secretary of Foreign Affairs for Russia and helps the Greek Revolution. -
Governor
The leaders of the Greek Revolution vote for him and becomes the first governor of a free Greece. -
Death
He is assassinated outside the cathedral in Nafplion the 9th October 1831.
