    Copernican heliocentrism

    Copernican heliocentrism
    The Copernican heliocentrism was inveted by Nicolaus Copernicus. The Copernican heliocentrism is the therory that Nicolaus Copernicus invented because they tought that all planets and stars and everything was flat. It explains all the planets rotate around the sun. This therory was discoverd in 1543.
  • Thermometer

    Thermometer
    The thermometer was invented in 1593 by Galileo Galilei. It was used to see what the temperature was. The theremometer was just water in a glass tube. The water moved the bulb up and down as the temperature changed.
  • Compass

    The compass was invented by Galileo Galilei in 1596. This invention was used a lot during war. They were used to aim a cannonball so that they could win the war. The cannons were not very accurate but this is what would help them!!!!!

    There is a wierd thing about pencils. They were not invented. They were found when a HUGE graphite mind. It was discovered in 1956. So that is the history of pencils

    The first flush toilets were invented by Thomas Crapper. It was inveted in 1596. The way you would use it is you would use the bathroom and when you finished the water would be realsed and water from a water closet would be pulled back in. This was useful because with this you did not have use the bathroom in the woods.

    The earliest human-powered submerines where invented by Cornelis Drebbel. They were invented in 1620. They were made to go under water and still breathe!
  • Mechanical Calculator

    The calculator is used to answer math problems. The calculator was inventd by Blaise Pascal in 1642. The calculator was very different then what we have today. Back then you had to type in your problem and then pull the leaver and then it would tell you your answer.
  • The Newtonian Reflecting Telescope

    The Newtonian Reflecting Telescope
    In 1671, Sir Isaac Newton invented the Reflecting Telescope. The Reflecting Telescope was used, mostly by astronomers to look at the stars. This could have help Copernicus discover the Copernican Theory! So without this telescope, are planets would be flat.
