    The Wiemar Republic was Germany's government from 1919 until 1933 after the world war till the rise of the Nazi Germany. It was named after the town where Germany's new government was established by a national assembly.

    Was a period of military occupation of the Ruhr region of Germany by France and Belgium. France and Belgium occupied the heavily industrialized Ruhr Valley in response to Germany defaulting on reparation payments. It worsened Germany economically, German civilians engaged in acts of passive resistance and civil disobedience, France and Belgium were facing economic and international pressure they accepted the Dawes Plan to restructure Germany's payment of war reparations.

It also stated that Germany could never go to war with the other countries.
