The treaty of Versailles was signed at the end of World War 1. It was a peace treaty between many allies and Germany, it also held Germany responsible for starting the war and harsh penalties with territory loss, massive reparations payments and demilitarization. -
Wiemar Republic is established in Germany
The Wiemar Republic was Germany's government from 1919 until 1933 after the world war till the rise of the Nazi Germany. It was named after the town where Germany's new government was established by a national assembly. -

The Beer Hall Putsch was staged and failed attempt by Hitler and his followers who where unhappy with the Treaty of Versailles and tried taking over the government in Bavaria, a state in southern Germany. With his failure Hitler was senescence to 5 years in prison but, was soon let with only spending less then a year behind bars. -
The Dawes Plan is created
Was a plan that successfully resolved the issue of World War I reparations that Germany had to pay. The plan provided for an end to the Allied occupation, and a staggered payment plan for Germany's payment of war reparations. -

The First World War Western European Allied powers and the new states of Central and Eastern Europe sought to secure the post-war territorial settlement, and return normalizing relations with the defeated Wiemar Republic. Start of the Great Depression
Worldwide depression and economic crisis was all caused by the stock market crash in 1929. This left millions of people unemployed and economies in most nations were in a crisis, creating an easy way for dictators like Hitler to take control over Germany. -
Japan invading Manchuria
Japan invaded Manchuria because they were desperate for resources as they were experiencing an economic crisis. They need coal and iron. This just proved how ineffective the League of Nations was when they failed to react to Japans actions. -

desperate attempt to stabilize Germany's political issues. With Hitler in power he took full control of Germany's army and established Germany into fascist dictatorship. -

According the the Treaty of Versailles Germany was not allowed to occupy the Rhineland area. But did so anyway adding another example on how the League of Nations did not attempt to put a stop to. -
Creation of the Rome Berlin Axis
Hitler and Mussolini were both fascist leaders and they both signed an agreement. Because they both had similar interest of expanding their territory and become known as the Rome- Berlin Axis. -
Creation of the Anti-Comintern Pact
The creation of this act was made by Germany and Japan. It was an agreement that both countries would fight against communist countries. -
Germany's Aeschylus with Austria
Hitler wanted to unite Germany with Austria on the belief they were both Germanic people after World War 1. Germany is forbidden to interact with Austria as stated in the Treat of Versailles but Hitler thought it was a must; but Hitler was meet with a resistance from Austria. -

Hitler wanted to invade Czechoslovakia next. Hitler and Mussolini entered into an agreement with Britain and France that allowed Hitler to occupy the Germanic-speaking area of Czechoslovakia known as the Sudetenland, with the condition that Hitler stop annexing more territory. -

Hitler made an agreement with Joseph Stalin to divide Poland between two countries. Which Germany would invade afterwards. -
Britain declared war on Germany
When Germany invaded Poland, Britain had realized they had failed to keep the peace. And later declared war on Germany which created the start of the second World war.
