    Treaty ended the state of war between Germany and allied power's. It was signed on 28 June 1919 in Versailles, exactly five years after the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand.The other central powers on the German side of world 1 signed separated treaties.Negotiated among the allied powers with little participation by Germany, it's 15 parts and 440 articles reassigned German boundaries and assigned liability for reparations.Germany agreed to pay Dawes,youth plan.

    1920- League Of Nations Established.

    The league of nations was an international organization, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, created after the first world war to provide a forum for resolving international disputes. Though first proposed by president Woodrow Wilson as part of his 14 points plan for an equitable peace in Europe, the United States never became a member.

    1925- Benito Mussolini takes power in italy.

    Benito Mussolini became president and dictator in Italy bringing in the world's first fascist dictatorship. Mussolini and his black shirt's eliminated all oppositions and terrorized the people and the king into allowing him to come to power. This had a great influence on Hitler.

    1931- Japan invaded manchuria.

    The Japanese controlled the Manchurian railway. In September 1931, they claimed that Chinese soldiers had sabotaged the railway, and attacked the Chinese army. By February 1932, the Japanese had conquered the whole of Manchuria.... China appealed to the league of nation.

    January 30,1933(Monday) Adolf Hitler was sworn in by Germany President Paul Von Hindenburg as chancellor of Germany.

    October 1935- Italy invaded Ethiopia.

    Ital-Ethiopian war, (1935-36), an armed conflict that resulted in Ethiopia's subjection to Italian rule. A border incident between Ethiopia and Italian Somalian that December, gave Benito Mussolini an excuse to intervene.

    1936- Germany reoccupied the Rhineland.

    1935 France signed a treaty of friendship and mutual support with USSR. Germany claimed the treaty was hostile to them and Hitler used this as an excuse to send German troops into the Rhineland in march 1936. Contrary to the terms of the treaties of Versailles and locator.

    Hitler wanted all German-speaking nations in Europe to be a part of Germany. To this end, he had designs on re-uniting Germany with his native homeland, Austria.

    Munich Agreement, (September 30,1938) settlement reached by Germany, Great Britain, France, and Italy that permitted German annexation of the Sudetenland in Western Czechoslovakia. It became known in may 1938 that Hitler and his generals were drawing up a plan for the occupation of Czechoslovakia.

    September 30,1938, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, French premier Edouard Allude, and British prime minister Neville Chamberlain signed the Munich pact. Which sealed the fate of Czechoslovakia, virtually handing it over to Germany in the name of peace.
