    Abraham Darby did a great deal of experiments. Experiments that lead to bigger and better things. Darby, experimented and found a away to smelt iron, which is when you separate iron from its ore. Due to this experiment the price of iron decreased and the quality increased. The enduring impact of this event is that we learned how to make bridges with the low cost iron. The people had also started to move on railroads and with the low cost iron, making the tracks was probably at a lower cost.

It was a rough start but has now allowed us to have many of the things we hold close to us today. Altough the industial revolution has many downsides that can be named like global warming, there has also been much good done.

    Before the factory acts were passed children were being over worked. When the factory acts were passed factories were forced to not have kids working until they were 9 years old, to not have kids working at night, to insure the kids 2 hours of school, and there were 4 factory inspectors so make sure the laws were being followed. The enduring impact of this event is actually very important to most kids today, because of these laws and acts we, as kids are not forced to have a job.

    The poor law act, lowered the cost for a living space so the poor people could affored it. The poor people that were inclued in this act had to work in a workhouse in exchange for a living space. This law was abloished. The enduring impact of this event was to help the poor people with their living agreements for the time the law/act was still active.

    In 1848 the Communist Manifesto was written by Karl Marx and Engels. The Communist Manifesto is pretty much like a guide book to the socialist overthrowing capitalism. Both Karl Marx and Engels believed that the Industrial Revolution was unfair to the workers. The Communist Manifesto also let the abuse to the workers to go down. The enduring impact of this event is the ideas that were created in the Communist Manifesto that are still used today.

    The land enclosure movement was very bad, this was a time where the rich farmers bought land form the small farmers and share the earning. The small and poor farmers would get benefit from the econmoinc scale. The enduring impact of this event is it caused massive urbanization as farmers were forced to give their shares to the rich farmers and move to the city to try to find work.

    After the factory acts, protecting kids the education acts came out to give kids age 5-13 an education. The school were funded by the public. The parents had to pay for their children or child, unless if they were poor and couldn't pay. The school was also check regularly. The enduring impact of this event is also very important to us now, because this was start to us getting a free education.

    In 1875, there were acts that got passed to keep the public health. This act is known as the Public Health Act. This act fights the living condition. Stops public health threats. Also sanitizes areas. The enduring impact of this event is the public restrooms that we have now, that are mostly always clean.
