Death of Baby Sister
Don't really remember much other than my parents crying. She was only a few days old. -

My mom gave birthd to her 7th child. -
Eye Surgery
I had eye surgery to fix a weakned muscle. Couldn't go swimming all summer and that was the worst. -
High School Graduation!
This was a day full of accomplishments! I graduated high school in three years while on the honor roll! -
High Point
Finshed memorizing the Quarn which is the holy book of Islam. The adult presence in my life at that time would have to be our Mosque leader. He was there from the beginning of my journey until the end. He was there to motivate me when I needed it most. My parents expectations were extremely high being the only child in the family that got as far as I did. It wasn't only parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles were all rooting for me. Senior year was the bigges social event at the time. -
Low Point
I come from a very close family and this is the day we found out that my newborn cousin was diagnosed with Trisomy 13. He passed away about a week and half later. The adults that were significant in my life at the time would be aunt. Her strength during one of the hardest times in her life was admirable. My parents expected me to keep my strength so my aunt could come to me if she needed any. Social events at the time was summer break and I spent most of it in the hospital with her.
