    Both settlements were located along the Indus River. Their decline was due to the continuos floods of the river, Harappa was re-built around seven times, so people started to go away.

    The Aryans came from the Khyber pass, invading the Indus Valley. They changed the power from the Genji's to the Indus.

    The Maurya Empire supplanted the Magadha Kingdom the assume the power of India. The Empire stretched to almost the entire Indian subcontinent.

    He was the las major emperor of the Maurya Empire. His great leadership lead the Buddhism further across the the entire India. Following his victorious but bloody conquest of Kalinga, country in the east coast.

    The kalinga war was fought in India between the Maurya Empire under the reign of Ashoka and and the state of Kalinga. Kalinga was an independent state located in present-day Odisha. The Mauryans won the battle and Kalinga was anexed to the Mauryan Empire.
