Washington's army retires to winter quarters
Washington marched to all his troops to Valley Forge. In this harsh winter all of the men stayed in horrible coniditons with makeshift wood cabins. Many men had or became very sick because of the poor coniditions with little to no food daily. On the other had the british lived with very nice conditions and plenty of food. -
