Expulsion of Acadians
The British exploited the Acadians to Louisiana and to other British colonies from New France because they didn't swear the oath of alligiance. However, let the people of New France stay there, without swearing the oath. -
Fall of Louisbourg
The British suprised the French as they gathered 200 ships outside of the French fortification. And began their attack on Louisbourg (nearly destroying all of it). -
Capture of Ohio Valley
The French had lots of fur forts in Ohio Valley, it was necessary for the British to reduce their population. The French succesfully defended Ohio Valley prior to the war, but soon lost it. Then later the British captured Fort Frontenac, forcing the French to flee to Quebec and leaving an open for the Bristish to travel freely. -
Loss of Quebec
Over the Summer the Bristish Fleet bombarded Quebec from St. Lawrence river. While General Wolfe tried for nearly threee months to get his troops on Beauport shore, he finally decided to attack upriver to stop Quebec's supplies. The British won the war, but Montcalm and Wolfe both died in the battle. -
Treaty of Paris
This treaty ends the war between the British and the French. Also when France surrenders New Fracne to to the British which is now Quebec.
