One of the major concepts we learned about was literature. Literature is an essential component of every culture. Literature means composed material such as poetry, books, papers, etc, especially works of creative energy characterized by greatness of style and expression and by themes of common or persevering interest. -
Grammar
Another major concept we learned was Grammar. Grammar is the system of a language. Grammar is a system of rules that allow us to structure sentences. -
Romanticism Period
A major concept we learned this course was the Romanticism Period. The Romanticism Period was an artistic and intellectual movement in the history of ideas that originated in late 18th century Western Europe. It expressed a lot of emotion, aesthetic art, and strong beliefs about myths and legends. -
Shakespeare
One of many major concepts we learned was about Shakespeare and his work. William Shakespeare is a poet, actor and playwright in the late 1500's. He has written some amazing plays such as Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth, Midsummers Night Dream, and etc. -
Literacy
One of the last major concepts we learned was Lifetime Literacy. Literacy is helping someone to read and write effectively. Some examples of Literacy is writing an email, resume, etc.
