This was a major turning point in the war. This was an American victory over the British. It eventually led to the signing of the Treaty of Alliance between the French and Americans. -
Battle of Camden
This battle was a British victory and greatly damaged the morale of the American people. It was an attempt to gain control of the Southern colonies. -
Battle of Yorktown
During this battle, the British forces surrendered to the Americans. This indicated the American victory of the Revolutionary War.
