Herbert Hoover was reelected during the election of 1933. The people found barely any faults in Hoover's humanitarian personality and decided that President Hoover is the right choice for the welfare of the country. With no apparent threat for office, Hoover took presidency.

In the year 1938, Joseph Stalin, leader of the Soviet Union, began his third five-year plan. This plan includes the expansion of the Soviet Union's industry to transform it to a leading industrial society. This plan continued until 1943.

The Germans took a strong liking to Heinreich Bruning, the democratic chancellor of Germany. He served his time from 1930-1939. Bruening's success builds from the banning of the SS and SA of the Nazis, who still remain a stagnant group, slowly depleting.

Joseph P. Kennedy was elected president during the election of 1941. Hoover is now out of office, and democratic Kennedy is brought in.

The veterans from WWI recieved their bonus in the year 1945. In 1924, Congress presented the Bonus Bill, which was an additional pay for their time at war. The veterans greatfully accpet their money and America thanks their soldiers.

Leo Szilard, a Hungarian physicist, and Albert Einstein launched the first nuclear test in 1949. They test the nuclear fusion in an enclosed site in New Mexico.

In 1950, tension between communist Soviet Union and the United States arose The USSR feels threatened by America because they are anti-communist. Also, the states held nuclear provisions that they refused to reveal.

Falling to the pressure of America, the Soviet Union looked to build a stronger force and try to transform surrounding countries to communism. North Korea invades South Korea to attempt to assimalate them to communism. The U.S arrives in time, and is able to hold off the attacking forces.

With the men at war, women had to fill in for the missing jobs. They took military posts as well as working class jobs such as in factories. It was the start of a new era for women. Although they were not seen as equal, the Korean War gave them a boost to aspire to be seen as equal.
