TELEGRAPH
The first telegraph, that is a machine that is use to transmit coded message in a long distance through electrical pulses, was invented by Joseph Henry. But the person taht gave impetus was Samuel Morse that invented a code.
I put this event at the first porsition because I think that it was the first important machine of communication. After this machine there weren´t things to commuicate easily, so this machine gave to the people of the age facilities and speed in the communication. -
TELEPHONE
The first telephone of the history was invented by Antonio Meucci, an Italian inventor. -
FIRST WIRELESS TRANSMISSION
It was on Christmas eve when Reginald Aubrey Fessenden transmitted form Massachusetts. It was Fessenden playing the violin, with a song called Oh Holly Night, and reading the Bible.
The first radio was invented by Guillermo Marconi in 1901. -
COMPUTER
The first computer was invented by a German enginner, called Konrad Suze. The computer was called Z3. -
TELEVISION
This gadget was invented by John Logie Baird. -
INTERNET, ARPANET
Internet was born from a proyect known Arpanet.This project was invented by United States Department of Defenses to cretae a network for the excange of information in the Second World War. -
EMAIL
Ray Tomilinson create the first email app in the ARPANET network. The app was called SNDMSG, it was able to sent a message to an other person by network. -
MOBILE PHONE
The first mobile was invented by Martin Cooper, that worked in Motorola´s company. Cooper called to this mobile Dyna-Trac. It weight 1 kilogram and the battery lasted only 35 minutes. -
LAPTOP
The first laptop with comercial success was invented by Osborne Computer Comportation 2 and it was called Osborne 1. It weight 13kg. -
GOOGLE
Google is a company related with internet, software, electronic devices and other technologies. Google´s founders are Serguéi Brin and Larry Page. The headquarter is in Mountain View, California. -
YOUTUBE
Youtube is a web to share and watch videos. It was invented by Steve Chen, Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim in San Mateo, California. -
WHATSAPP
WhatsApp is a snapshot messaging app, nowadays free for mobile phones. It send and receive messages through Internet. It was invented by Jan Koum.
I choose this event for the last part of the timeline because I think that nowadays is one of the best app for comunication and almost everybody have it.
