Ellen and her first debut
Ellen received her first debut in 1986 while acting on a tip from Jay Leno, Johnny Carson from The Tonight Show sent a booking agent to see Ellen in an Improve act, in Hollywood. Ellen started starring in her own sitcom named "Ellen" in 1994 which was not renewed after the 1997-98 season. It ran for 4 years, produced 109 episodes and ended in 1998. Ellen promised to donate money to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust every time someone tweeted #BeKindtoElephants in addition to that she donated an extra 100,000 dollars.
