    During the reconstruction Louisiana were trying to be build relationship and towns from the civil war but Rutherford B. Hayes came president and ended reconstruction and decided to have Jim crow laws.(Louisiana were doing reconstruction well). This is also were Plessy v. Ferguson happened.

    Homer Plessy was a very brave man. At one point in his life he lived in Louisana were Reconstruction comes along. Then One day a president Rutherford.Hayes made Jim Crow laws to seprate people from race. Homer happened to get on a bus and the bus driver and other told him he had to sit in the black section because he was 1/8 black. Homer did not like that decision so he took it to the Supreme Court. Supreme Court did not like were that was going so didnt approve of it and JimCrowLaws continued.
