First Motion Picture
The first motion picture to ever be created was a horse galloping down a track. They used lines the horse would break whie it was running to snap each picture. So when the pictures were devolped amd placed next to each other and looked at in sequence it looked like the horse was running. -
Another peepshow?!
Another peepshow device, similar to the kinetoscope arrived in the Autumn of 1894. The Mutoscope was patented by Herman Casler. It worked using a flip-card device to provide the motion picture. -

Thomas Edison recieved the patent for his kinetographic device. He also had invented a projector but used these devices to earn more money. Thomas Edison wasn't as great as a guy as we imagined. -

The Electric Theatre was the first full time theatre to open in the US. It opened up in Los Agneles, California. It was owned by Thomas Tally and his signs on the building was called Tally's! -

The first movie ever created was The Great Train Robbery! It was a 12 minute film and that was considered epic to the 30 second ones everyone was used to. They estimated to only spend $150 to create the film. -

With sound added, movies could have sound effects in comidies. Music to add as a filler. Such as credits, and movies to prevent scene to scene from being and awkward transition. -
