  • first radio signal

    the first radio signal was received in 1895 . It was received by an Italian inventor named Marconi .He also sent the first radio signal . The first radio signals were attempted to be sent across the Atlantic Ocean .

    In 1906 , Lee Dee Forest created the Audion tube . Its believed that a Canadian inventor named Reginald Fesseden came up with the idea . Fesseden never made the product though.

    W is east of the Mississippi river . K is west of the Mississippi river . Most television shows and radio stations are given a call letter. The letters " N " and " A " were given to military stations . The United States were given the letter's " K " , " W " , " N" , 'A"
  • radio's impact on the Titanic

    If the titanic didn't have a radio they wouldn't have been able to inform the people on land that they were sinking and far more lives would have been lost . The sailor was able to inform people that they were sinking so they were able to go over there and save anybody they could .

    Big band music / story hour / situational comedies / dramas . The Family Medium was a radio broadcast that was aired for the whole family .
  • radio vs ,music apps now

    radio does need WiFi or cellular data but it does require a cellular tower . Music apps now for insistence Pandora can stream far more music and stations than the radio can . Also the radio choses the music but the apps now allow the user to choose the music they listen too
