Phonograph

1877

Thomas Edison a great entrepreneur who already created the electric light bulb. The phonograph was the earliest way to listen to music.

Kinetograph

1889

To invent the Kinetograph Edison wanted a partner to help him, he chose William Dickson. At Edison's laboratory Dickson invented the first motion picture camera. The Kinetograph allowed a singular user at a time. Sometimes there were plenty Kinetograph and you would go down the line watching people box or cats.
