In 1895, a english man name of edward mibridge started film with a bet of $25,000 that when a horse is going full speed all of his legs are off the ground. -

Vaudeville
small theaters that feature short skits, comedy skits, and songs or ddance number. Dancers were called Nickelodeons. -

Nickelodeon theaters were making 26 million dollars a week. That soon doubled. -
MPPC
They owned all cameras to make movies. If you tried to make a movie without MPPC Thomas Edison would come and break all your stuff. -
Silent Films
Many films had no sound yet. Charlie Chaplin was a famous actor in many silent films and would make usually $150 a week but soon after his career took off he was making over $1 million a year. -
The Titanic
The titanic was made in 1997 by Michel Bay. The titanic was made based on true events and made 700 million dollars on opening day. -
Transformers
The movie Transformers was introduced by Michel Bay in 2007. The movie made 320,000,000.
