North America is rich in many languages
Many different cultures of people live in North America now and each speaks different languages. -
U.S. Articles of Confederation are written in English, French, and German.
Founding Fathers acknowledged the many different languages spoken throughout the United States by it's people. -

Supreme Court decides that state's statue that denies education to children of Illegal Immigrants violates the 14th Ammendment Equal Protection Clause. -
California passes Propostiion 187
Proposition makes it illegal to educate children of illegal immigrants. This proposition is later overturned as it violates Plyler VS Doe. -
