Bloomfield Female Seminary know as Madame Cook School
Madame Cook School was wild known for being only female private school. She belive that females should have equal education as in the men. She and her students was known for giving to missionaries also was highly respected by everyone in town. Madame Cook open this school in 1837 to 1855 -
Charles Moreau Davis Classical School

Berkeley School
Berkeley School was built in 1868 and rebuilt in 1882. The school was given eight- rooms additional in 1909. This made the school the largest in town. ( Images of America Bloomfield ) -
Frist Bloomfield High School
This was the ever First Bloomfield High School till a New High school was built a cross the street. That building became the Park Grammar School then an South Junior High school. Now this building is the School Administration Building. ( Images of America Bloomfield ) -

Center School Classroom
Center School was the second academic building built in Bloomfield. Was solid to Bloomfield College witch became Austin Hall. Austin Hill was destroyed by a fire, turned the site into the parking lot for the college. ( Images of America Bloomfield ) -

Brookside School Class
Brookside School class was the first to get sick with diphtheria epidemic. The board education made a vote to shut down all school till October.They reopened when the board of health said it was safe to go back. ( Images of America Bloomfield ) -

Bloomfield High school hired a coach name Bill Foley. He was first coach to be hired at the high school and he coach the basketball, Baseball.
