Disney Animators Go on Strike
After the release of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" many animators at Disney were promised bonuses for their hard work. Instead, Disney took the profits to make a new studio and left the animators with nothing. As a result they went on strike until F.D.R stepped in to calm the situation.
