On July 4, 1776 the Declaration of Independence was made. It was made so that the 13 colonies were separate from Britain and so that people have rights (freedom). Now today it is celebrated worldwide on July 4 and people celebrate in different ways. -

The Louisiana purchase was bought from France by Tomas Jefferson. It was important because the US got complete control of Mississippi river and it double the size of the US. -

The California gold rush was an event that happened in California. A man had found a gold nugget in sutter mill. His discovery became news and had spread all over the world. People from all around the world found out and went to California to find gold. -
Titanic sunk
The titanic was a huge ship, that had sung on April, 14. This ship was thought to be unsinkable. But on April 14, it crashed an iceberg and caused a gash causing it to start to sink. Many, many people died and it had finished sinking by the next day. -
Hindenburg disaster
The Hindenburg was an dirigible, the largest ever made. Their were 96 people on board when it had caught on fire. It started to fall killing 36 people. -
9/11
On 9/11, a terrorist group took two planes to the twin towers in New York causing them to fall down. Many people lost family and friends that day and the world was devastated. -

Cameron Boyce was a well-known actor. He was most known for playing in Jessie, a Disney show. He had died from a seizure on June 6, 2019. He had been suffering from epilepsy.
