    The British military routinely inoculated its own troops against smallpox exposing soldiers to the pus from smallpox. In Boston the mission seems to have failed and it infected civilians. Earlier in the century The British targeted Native Americans in an infamous case of 1763.

They targeted livestock they injected animals to carry around the disease and they ship it out to neutral countries. Agents were impacted on what was going on in the war their claims were negligible. Both the United States and Japan refused to ratify the agreement.

It was a successful attack it triggered more than 750 cases only 40 required hospitalization. They launched and investigation but concluded that it was a natural outbreak it took them a year to discover the truth.

By the end of the year 22 people been infected & five people died & hundreds of millions were struck by anxiety of the unknown. In 2008 the FBI's resolution of the case suggested that the letters were to cause fear about biological weapons than kill.Were not sure if Irvin was the culprit it still unknown, but whoever did it was someone working inside the army lab.
