Hitler uses power to obtain Sudetenland
France and Great Britain promised to protect Czech, then when war seemed inevitable France and Great Britain let Germany have Sudetenlamnd to avoid war. Munich land was turned over to Germany which had 3 million German speaking people. Winston Churchill was upset and believed they were getting bullied , he didnt think Hitler was done expanding and thought he was lying . -
German Army
German troops invaded rest of Czech and Hitler said " Czech has ceased to exist". Then Hitler turned to Germanys eastern neighbor , Poland. An attack can cause tension between Germany and Soviet Union. -
Stalin and Hitler collaborate
Stalin suprised everyone when he signed "nonaggressionpact" with Hitler. Commited to never attack eachother after being enemies. Also signed secret pact to split Poland between them -

Hitler strikes
Hitler suprised and invaded Denmark and Norway. He said he invaded to "protect those countries from freedom and independence". in reality he just wanted bases to build on coast. Then Hitler began to over run Belgium and Luxemburg by the end of May . -
Hitler surrenders
Germany's attempted to over run France but Hitler surrendered, Germany ran to northern part of France. -
Germany invades France
Germans assembled an invasion on French coast, both naval and air force because of strength of Britains naval. For 2 months London and other British cities were bombed every night . Germanys major cities were also bombed.
