    Boston Tea Party is a political demonstration led by the Sons of Liberty in Boston.
    The British government abolished the autonomy of Massachusetts and closed the port of Boston, , in order to suppress the resistance of the colonists. These decrees obviously deprive the colonial people of political and judicial rights, and arouse their joint resistance, which directly led to the convening of the first Continental congress.
