Honiig v Doe
Doe was suspended indefinitely from school for five days (also recommended expulsion) as a result of violent and disruptive behavior. Holland v Sacramento City Unified School District
In 1993, Rachael Holland's parents wanted Rachael to be placed in regular classes on a full time school schedule.
