Hilary Putnam was born July, 31 1926, in Chicago Illinois to Samuel and Riva. -
Recieved his Education
Putnam received his Ph.D from UCLA before going to Harvard to work in 1965. He also worked at Northwestern from 1951-1952 and Princeton from 1953-1961. He received Tenure at Princeton for department of Philosophy and department of Mathematics in 1961. Twin Earth
