Reasons For British Settlement In Australia
The British came to Australia because Britain was overpopulated (due to the industrial revolution), the hulks were overcrowded (due to stealing), disease was all over Britain, America refused to hold their prisoners (due to Independence war), to expand their area, to obtain resources, farming land, Australia was a good place to position soldiers during their war with the french and Australia would be very easy to take from the Indigenous People. -
Life in "Great" Britain before the First Fleet
The Industrial Revolution brought hundreds of thousand more people to Britain, which became overpopulated. The overpopulation forced many people to steal food and water, which caused the Hulks to be overcrowded. Death and disease floods the streets as the rich dump their business out the window and the poor live off stale bread. The British were in desperate need of somewhere to put their prisoners because the Americans refused to keep holding their prisoners. -

The British Trying to Befriend the Aboriginals
After the British have settled in, they start to respect the fact that the Aboriginals own this land. They try to befriend them, by gifting them clothes and alcohol. Giving the Aboriginals alcohol wasn't a good idea, because the Aboriginals became addicted and wasted away their life by drinking rum, wine and beer. The men especially drank alcohol, and started treating their family and their country like they didn't matter to them anymore. -
