    Henry married her because she was clever and popular; she brought frienship with spain and she was married to henry's older brother. But when she reached 40, Henry divorced her because she became old and boring. (Divorced in 1533).

    He married her because she was young and very fashionable. She had a daughter called Elizabeth but Henry wanted a boy. She was beheaded because Henry accused her of having sex with four other men and his brother. (Beheaded in 1536).

    Married her because she was calm, gentle and caring and tried hard to be friends with Henry's daughters. She had a son and Henry was delighted. Jane died of an infection after the birth. (Died in 1537).

    Married her because she was young, lively and pretty... but she flirted with lots of men and when Henry found out he was furious. He also found out that she had several boyfriends before they were married. Henry was very unhappy so she was executed in 1542.

    He married her at Hampton Court Palace with only 20 people attending. The marriage ensured Edward would grow up as a Protestant. She was the only one of Henry's wife that did not get divorced or executed.
