After so many years of working Ford invents the quadricycle as an automobile and drives it through the streets of Detroit. -
Race
Ford creates one of his automobiles and enters it in a 10 mile race and wins. He then becomes the talk of all the car companies and they all become invested in him. -

Ford and his partner Alexander Malcomson create Ford Motor Company with $28,000. -
Assembly line
There were so many cars being made at once that they saw they needed more production Ford created an assembly line for the making of automobiles. This would employ about 13,000 men. -
Higher pay rate
The pay would be $5 per day for an eight-hour shift. This was the highest it has ever been. -
Resigns
Ford suddenly resigns from the position and lets his son, Edsel Ford, take over at 25 years old making him the president of Ford Motor. -

Ford purchased land in Brazil for more of his making on cars. He calls it Fordlandia -
Back In
Ford is re-elected as president for Ford Motors to help improve the company. -

Henry Ford passes away at the age of 83
