In 1952, Rudolf Carnap wrote the work called "Meaning Postulates". In this work takes analytic statements and compares them to logical statements. He goes into how these two types of statements could never be equal. -

This book stayed away from metaphysical speculation to try and mainly focus on logical analyses. The book was made to be used by all focuses of science deeming it a guide to the philosophy of science. It goes into logical consequences of scientific law and initial conditions. -
