    In 1990, Helen wrote her first book. The main topic of her book was to explain her theory called "contextual empiricism" which focuses on criticism from feminists. She also goes into details about how humans have evolved from gender roles.
  • The Fate of Knowledge

    Helen Longino wrote her second book which built off of her first. In the next book, she focused more on the epistemology and explains how her thinking can contribute to correcting negative problems in reflection to women in society. Within this book, she attempts to bridge the gap between of philosophers and sociologists within science.
  • Studying Human Behavior pt. 2

    Helen Longino concludes within her book that learning how different that there is more than one way to correctly study human behavior will lead to a wider view of understanding when not constricted by one perspective.
  • Studying Human Behavior

    In her third book, she speaks about nature vs nurture within human behavior research. Helen focuses on how scientists study human behavior and she goes through the five stages of how human behavior is studied. Therefore she explains that not one single approach can explain how human behavior is studied.
