  • Sensory books

    Sensory books
Being a 5 year old girl I always liked reading sensory books. I found them intresting by the fact that they had examples of how a chicken feels, a cow, the color pink, and etc. I only read books that had images and had brightly colored.
  • Loteria

    Loteria
By the age of 7 I had to move to Mexico and had to start a new language. At first I didn't know how to read or write in Spanish but over time I became fluently. One of the books I remembered reading in there was "loteria". I would re write what was in the book and sometimes read to my brother.
  • If you give a mouse a cookie

If you give a mouse a cookie
Once I moved back here in Connecticut for first grade all I could read was the book "if you give a mouse a cookie". I would always rent that book in the library or wanting to buy books from the author Laura Numeroff. I've read every single book that she wrote.
  • Wonder

    Wonder
Wonder was one of my first Fiction books to read that had me entertained. It was one of those books that shows people that you cant judge anyone of how they were born and bullying is not the correct way to welcome someone at a new school after being homeschooled.
  • Dork Diaries

    Dork Diaries
I was obbsesed with Dork Diaries back in third and fourth grade. Whenever there was a free time in school or even recces, I would always bring one with me. I would never miss out their series of books. Still to this day I have the whole collection of Dork Diaries.
  • Nine, Ten Book

    Nine, Ten Book
In 6th grade they made us read 9/10 which was about three kids living in the 9/11 tragedy. It impacted their lives like as other people's did. I remember reading that book and made me realized how bad it affected people duruing that time of period
  • Romeo and Juliet

    Romeo and Juliet
I started reading rom coms last year and still do. Rom coms would have to be on the top of my list to read, but Romeo and Juliet is one of my favorite ones. Romeo and Juliet has taught me how difficult love could be, but if you would want to make it work, you would try anything.
  • If he had been with me book

If he had been with me book
Right now I am reading "if he had been with me" and it literally has me in tears. Out of all the books I've read, this one has to be the most saddest one. I cant wait to finish the book and see what happens next.
