    Normal weight and size, normal development. Received electrical shocks from short in trailer step.

    Inoculated at school, had Rubella; survived Good Friday Earthquake

    Had first grand mal seizure at school in PE and busted out front teeth. Began low carbohydrate diet after Dr. assumes borderline diabetes.

    Age 8-9

    Occasional seizures (petit mal mostly), usual flu, colds, strep throat, and tonsillitis living in Alaska. Had severe nosebleeds as a child.

    Began menstruation at age 9.

    PMS with cramping, irritability, heavy periods, bloating. Began wearing glasses at age 12. Frequent ear and sinus infections.

    Had recurrent seizures (petit mal and grand mal), some in sleep. Had eegs and CT scan Prescribed Dilantin and Phenobarbitol. (had severe reaction to iodine contrast material).

    Married and had first child, born with TAVP. Tapered off Phenobarbital and dilantin. Had retained placenta and post partum depression.

    Had 2 more children (1980 and 1984). Gained weight (35 lbs). Nursed all 3 children.

    Mother died of Leukemia at age of 58 when I was 33.

    Went to grad school, raised teenagers. Heavy periods, PMS. More weight gain. 2002 (in Provo) Had large cyst removed from right, back of head. Not sent for evaluation. Calcified.

    Gall Bladder attack, given phenergan and had severe reaction, had gall bladder surgery.

    Fibroids found, hysterectomy and bladder sling implant. 6 weeks later had continuous panic attack symptoms, insomnia, etc.

    Saw gynocologist, endocrinologist, neurologist, psychologist, naturopathic doctor with various diagnoses. Lost 35 lbs. Severe anxiety, high cortisol, hormonal imbalances, adrenal dysfunction.

    Naturopath gave herbal and hormonal remedies after 10 months felt better and took relora for 10 years. Remained at average of 158 pounds.

    Hospitalization (Portland, OR) for either flu or food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration.

    Age 58 to 59 (almost 60)

    Started same anxiety and high cortisol cycle as 12 years previous. Lost 50 lbs. Relora did not help. Saw Naturopath in Salem, OR. She found neurotransmitter imbalances, etc. Prescribed many supplements: Travacor, Calm G, Immuwell, etc. and estrone. Moved to Texas when lost job in Oregon and saw DO who thought I had Grave's disease. Found multinodular goiter and had excisional biopsy for presumed breast cancer but found none.

    July 3, 2023 osteoporosis diagnosis. On Low carbohydrate diet to prevent diabetes and maintain healthy weight. Had several UTIs and occasional dump of blood in urine (one noted on 8/3/23.
