I will wear sunscreen and avoid being outside for long durations to time without a hat on to prevent skin cancer.

I will keep up with my vitamins, and make sure I am keeping my calories in check, and am not eating a lot of unhealthy food. To prevent any health issues in the future, in my 30s I will make sure to keep my stress levels low.

I will also make sure to have regular exams to make sure my health is as good as it could be.

    In my 50s my focus in healthy eating will be to cut back my sodium intake. for exercise, I will focus on more aerobic activities to keep my heart rate up to reduce my risk for heart injury and disease. To prevent health problems and injuries in the future, I will maintain a healthy weight. After menopause (the average age is 51 in the US) women put on weight, are not as active, and have less energy, if I keep my weight down, I should be able to lessen the effects of menopause.

    In my 60s, I will widen the variety of healthy foods that I'm eating, and up my intake of fruits and vegetables even more, to eat healthy. to keep up my physical fitness, I will focus on stretching more. To keep my flexibility, I should stretch twice as much as I work out. To prevent any health issues in the future, I will keep up to date with my colonoscopy.
