    • get a physical exam every 5 years -eat really healthy food
    • live my life while still young!! I could have kids in the next decade;/
    • spend times with friends and family -start to have a steady career

    • be married
    • have started a family
    • eating healthy
    • workout 3-4 times a week
    • continue my career
  • My 40's

    My 40's
    • Have completed my family
    • kids started going off to school
    • going to doctor 2-3 times
    • working out while kids are at school
  • My 50's

    My 50's
    • going to doctor every 1 to 2 years -preparing kids for college -think about retirement plans -workout 3 times a week -eat a balanced meal
  • My 60's

    My 60's
    -retirement!!
    -kids are off to college:))
    -go to doctors every one to two years
    - watch my health very carefully
    -workout 2 to 3 times a week
