Harry James Potter was born to James Potter and Lily Potter nee Evans.
His godfather is Sirius Orion Black.
His godmother is Alice Longbottom. -
Halloween, Defeat of the Dark Lord
Lord Voldemort invaded Godric's Hollow. James Potter ordered Lily Potter to grab Harry and run. Voldemort killed James, who was wandless, and proceeded to Lily and Harry. He gave Lily a choice to move aside and allow Harry to be killed. She begged for him to not kill Harry, but he didn't. She died sacrificing her life for her son. Voldemort aimed his wand at Harry Potter ann cast Avada Kedavra, and it somehow rebounded, leaving young Harry with a lightning bolt scar and Voldemort vanished. -
Harry Potter Meets the Dursleys
Headmaster Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, and Hagrid drop Harry Potter off on the doorstep of Number 4, Privet Drive after he is orphaned by Voldemort late in the evening. -
Dudley Dursley's Zoo Trip
Dudley whines about Harry intruding on his birthday trip with Piers Polkiss, but Mrs. Figg is injrued and unable to babysit Harry. Harry goes with the Dursleys and company to the zoo and generally has a good time compared to Dudley's other birthdays, however, it is too good to last. After speaking to a Brazilian boa constructor, he accidentally vanishes the glass of the exhibit and gets punished. -

Cupboard Punishment
For vanishing the glass of the snake exhibit, Harry is punished and locked in the cupboard under the stairs (his bedroom) with little or no food and small amounts of time to use the loo. -

Letters from No One
Hogwarts acceptance letters are delievered to Harry, but Petunia and Vernon intercepts them. The Dursleys plus one flee in hopes of evadign the 'freaks' but fail. They end up in the hut on the rock. -
Harry's Eleventh Birthday
Hagrid, the Keeper of the Keys and Groundkeeper of Hogwarts, delievers Harry's letter due to the constant interference at midnight. He explains the basics of the Wizarding World and taeks him to Diagon Alley to purchase his supplies. -
Hogwarts
The start of Harry's first year at Hogwarts. The students arrive by train (Hogwarts Express) The sorting commences once the students arrive and Harry Potter is sorted into Gryffindor. -

Harry ahs his first Potions class with biased Professor Snape.
He is picked on by Professor Snape due to his resemblance to his deceased father, James Potter, his arch-enemy during school.
Later on in the day, Harry learns about the break-in at Gringotts on his birthday during afternoon tea with Hagrid. -
Flying
Harry dives for Neville's Remembrall that Draco Malfoy steals and gets placed on the Gryffindor Quidditch Team as a Seeker. -
Halloween
A troll is let loose in the castle and Hermione is crying her heart out in the girl's restroom. Harry and Ron Weasley go rescues her and knocks out the troll in the process. -
Quidditch- Gryffindor vs. Slytherin
Someone curses Harry's broom to buck him off, but Hermione sets Snape on fire and the curse ended. Harry soughs up the snitch, swallowing it by accident. -

Christmas
Harry receives various presents, among them, his father's invisibility cloak. He uses it to explore the castle and discovers the Mirror of Erised and becomes entranced with his parent's images until after two more visits, Professor Dumbledore warns him away. -
Quidditch- Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff
Snape referees the match. Gryffindor wins in 5 minutes. -
Hatching
Norbert, the Norwegian Ridgeback, hatches in Hagrid's hut. -
Midnight Transfer
Nobert, Hagrid's dragon, is escorted out of the school by Charlie Weasley's friends. -
The Shunning Commences
Hermione and Harry forgets the invisibility cloak and is caught by filch. Hermione, Neville Longbottom, and Harry each loses 50 points, causing everyone else to shun them except Ron. Neville is caught do to his attempt to warn Hermione and Harry. -
Detention in the Forbidden Forest
For their midnight exploration on May 9th, Harry, Hermione, Neville, and Draco must serve detention in the Forbidden Forest with Hagrid and Fang, his dog, searching for the creature that is sucking unicorns dry. They meet some centaurs and one, Firenze, saves Harry from the creature in the darkness, revealing along the way that Voldemort is drinking unicorn blood for a cursed half-life until he gets his hands on the Philosopher's Stone. -

Exams
Harry and his friends have exams, but Harry continues to dread the time when Voldemort tries to steal the Philosopher's Stone. -
Through the Trapdoor
Harry, Ron, and Hermione go head off Voldemort. First they play a flute so Fluffy, a three-headed dog, will fall asleep.Then Hermione uses bluebell flames to set the Devil's Snare on fire so Harry and Ron can be released. They cooperate to capture the flying key on brooms to get past the locked door where Ron is sacrificed on the life-sized chessboard. Hermione solves the potions riddle and heads back to retrieve Ron and get help. Harry faces Quirrell and Voldemort alone and remains victorious. -
End-of-Year Feast
Harry is released from his 4 day stay in the Hospital Wing. Gryffindor wins the Hosue Cup due to some last minute points, stealing the victory from Slytherin by 10 points. -
Back to Prison
Harry and the gang return home for the holidays, but to Harry, he returns back to his prison at the Dursleys where his Uncle Vernon locks away his school supplies in his old cupboard.
