The fabulous Haley Catherine Moffett entered this world
I was born in Carrollton, Texas weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces. I was welcomed by my two parents Terry and Dana and my exciting older brother Tanner. -
1st Birthday present
On my first birthday I received the most precious gift I have ever received. My new puppy was named Buddy and he quickly became my best friend. -
Moving Day
Half way through 1st grade my dad got a new job and we moved to a bigger house across town. This was exciting but it also meant a whole new school and all new friends. -
Fell in love with the game
When I got into second grade I began to play volleyball for a summer recreation team. This is where I met so many of my lifelong friends, and figured out what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. -
The madness begins
When I turned 13, I joined my very first club volleyball team. This is when the sport I played for fun became the center of my life. Without the 6 years that I played club volleyball there is no way I would be at Southwestern today. -
First day of High School
....Freshman year of high school....enough said. -
Sweet Sixteen
For my 16th birthday I woke up to a shiny set of wheels parked in the driveway waiting fro me to drive to school...okay yes it was my brother's old cash car that was passed down to me...but hey, this was my babe!! He was all mine! -
Signing Day!!
I signed my letter of intent to attend Southwestern University and play volleyball in front of my whole senior class, all of my close friends, and family. This day quickly became one of the days I was the most proud of myself! -
Graduation
Thanks for the mems Creekview! It was real and it was fun, but it wasn't always real fun -
College College College
The countdowns finally came to zero. It was finally the day to move far away from everything I have ever known in life. Leaving mom and dad was very scary but even more exciting. This is where a whole new chapter of my life began. -
Welcome Prince Charming
The second semester of my freshman year is when I met the coolest guy I've ever known. A little while later I finally agreed to be his girlfriend, which is the best decision I have ever made. -
Sad Goodbyes
I got a really tough phone call on the way to volleyball game. When I answered I could tell something bad had happened. She informed me that my dog buddy had passed away. He was 18 years old. He lived a long and rich life playing fetch and going swimming in the back yard. He will never be forgotten as on of the most loyal friends i will ever have. -
WEEEE ARE THE CHAMPIONS
After months and months of long hard practices, my team finally learned that dedication pays off. We won the conference championship!!! Such a proud day! -
Junior Year
I moved back to Georgetown with a clear mind and open heart for change! With a whole new volleyball team, new coaches, a new car, and a new apartment. This will be a year of many firsts and lots of growth. Im ready for a great 12 months!
