Tea
Tea was for medical reasons. Later on though turned into a common drink. It was made from leaves in boiled water. It was so famous that there was a book made for it. -

Compasses
These compasses were made by a magnetic rock (lodestone) and putting it on a mini raft then put it in water. Then they later replaced the lodestone with a rubbed needle with lodestone. They were used for sea and land navigation. -

Steel
China made steel which is a less brittle and more flexible. First made from cast iron it was made by molding and melting iron ore. Later on They found blowing on molten makes steel. -

Porcelain
A unique art is a type of pottery. A mix of quartz and feldspar heated to intense heat. This material is waterproof and strong which is great for pots. It also has a shiny look which gives it it unique look. -

Paper
Made with tree bark first it was later made with rags. Paper was used for currency and writing. To improve the writing they invented the printing press. -

Paddle boat
The Chinese made paddle boats because they were more maneuverable and faster, so they used them as warships. They were powered by people walking on treadmill. -

Mechanical clock
The clock had a 24 hour cycle. It was powered by dripping water and was pretty accurate. They later improved it in 1092. to make it more complex and accurate. -

Gunpowder
Gun powder was a mistake from trying to create a substance that will make eternal life and gold from cheap medal. Weapons and firework were made via gunpowder. -

Inoculate/ vaccines
Used to stop smallpox. Doctor will ground up a scab and make the patient sniff it. This give the white-blood cells a try, so they know how to destroy it. This later incorporated into vaccines for smallpox and flu.
